There really is nothing to be done. all Art is transient and for the most part, absolutely "MEANINGLESS". Even time infinitum, when finished ends with a whimper.....So if you are an artist, please don't act like a complete ninney and put on an aire of self importance and serious considerations that what you do is even the least bit important.So, ....................,Never mind. I try my best to not know what I am doing while creating automatically, I am never completely free of imagery bias except when it becomes totally abstract , even then, it is a preconcieved notion of my construct of reality. I am starting to wonder if it is at all necessary to access the unconcscience, its becoming evident that it may be futile if not harmful . Balance is knowing when to stop and make sure one remains light afoot and mind..
